UK Council of Clinical Communication in Undergraduate Medical Education Conference 2025

The conference took place in April 2025. We invited participants to share their learning from their stories on the journey towards mastery. You can find examples of this learning below.

The UK Council of Clinical Communication (UKCCC) in Undergraduate Medical Education supports and promotes effective teaching in clinical communication. We were delighted to co-host this national conference in undergraduate clinical communication teaching alongside the newly merged City St. George’s, University of London.

This two-day conference was aimed at all involved in the delivery of undergraduate clinical communication education, including tutors, simulated patients, patient educators and students. While the emphasis was on undergraduate medical education, our experience was that the event was also very helpful for those involved in postgraduate training.
